3. Prohibition of Modification for Distribution
The buyer has the right to modify the data within the Excel files to suit their specific business numbers. However, it is strictly forbidden to alter the "programming rights" or remove the "store logo" from the files for the purpose of attributing them to another entity or redistributing them.
4. Financial and Legal Liability
These files are auxiliary tools for financial and operational analysis based on the data inputted by the user. sara.az store is not responsible for any investment decisions or financial losses resulting from incorrect data entry or misinterpretation of the results. It is always recommended to consult specialized professionals for complex financial matters.
5. No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, which are downloaded instantly, all sales are final. Products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances once the payment process is completed.
6. Legal Action Against Violators
In the event of detecting any violation of this policy (such as leaking files or selling them on other platforms), sara.az store reserves its full right to pursue legal action and claim financial compensation for damages caused to its intellectual property.
